Terms and Conditions – Prize Competitions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all competitions (“Competitions”) operated by KEYMER CAR SALES LIMITED, Bishopstone, 36 Crescent Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1RL (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By entering any Competition on www.topgiveaways.win, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

1.2. Competitions are open internationally. Each entrant is solely responsible for ensuring participation is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

1.3. Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

2.1. There are two routes of entry:

a) Paid Entry: via our website by purchasing entries with an online payment. Each paid entry is allocated a random Entry Number.

b) Free Entry (Postal Route): see Schedule 1. A free entry will be treated in exactly the same way as a paid entry, with an Entry Number allocated randomly.

2.2. Entrants must create an online account to participate, whether entering via the Paid or Free route.

2.3. Multiple entries are permitted but each must comply with these Terms.

3. Allocation of Entry Numbers

3.1. Each entry is assigned a random number between 0 and the maximum entries for that Competition.

3.2. No entrant may choose their own number.

3.3. Duplicate, bulk, automated or illegitimate entries will be void.

4. Closing Dates

4.1. Each Competition has a published closing date and time.

4.2. If all entries are sold before the closing date, the Competition may close early.

4.3. If not all entries are sold, the Competition will still close on the scheduled date, and the prize will be awarded as advertised.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be selected at random using Google Random Number Generator (or an equivalent transparent method).

5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

6. Prizes

6.1. Each prize will be clearly described in the Competition details (for example, electronics, vehicles, or other goods).

6.2. No cash alternative will be offered unless specifically stated in that Competition.

6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Claiming Prizes

7.1. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their account.

7.2. Winners must respond within 21 days to claim the prize.

7.3. Prizes will normally be delivered within 14 days of claim confirmation.

7.4. Failure to claim within 21 days may result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw may be conducted at the Promoter’s discretion.

8. Winner Publicity

8.1. The Promoter may publish the winner’s name, county (or country if outside the UK), and winning Entry Number on its website and/or social media.

8.2. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity if requested by the Promoter.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, postal delays, or other causes beyond reasonable control.

9.2. Automated or fraudulent entries will be void.

9.3. In case of force majeure events (for example strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters), the Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Competition.

10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

10.2. Data is used solely for administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

11. Refunds and Wallet Credits

11.1. Payments for entries are non-refundable.

11.2. Any wallet credit held on the entrant’s account is non-withdrawable, but may be used for future Competitions.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Schedule 1 – Free Postal Entry Route

To enter for free, send a postcard by standard post to:

The postcard must include:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • The Competition you wish to enter
  • Confirmation that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions

Only one entry per postcard.

Bulk entries or entries without all required details will be void.

Postal entries must be received before the closing date.

Schedule 2 – Motor Vehicle Prizes

Where the prize is a motor vehicle:

The Promoter will transfer legal ownership (V5C logbook) to the winner.

The Promoter will insure the vehicle until handover.

The winner is responsible for insurance, road tax, MOT (if applicable), and any costs after delivery.

Delivery within mainland UK is included. For international delivery, the winner is responsible for costs and compliance with local import laws.

Schedule 3 – Website Terms & Intellectual Property

All website content on www.topgiveaways.win is owned by KEYMER CAR SALES LIMITED.

Entrants may not copy, distribute, or misuse website content without permission.

The website must not be used for unlawful purposes.
